About Kevin

A Passion To Serve

Professional Experience...
Born and raised in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area, Kevin served as an Intelligence Specialist in the U.S. Navy from 1999 - 2005, residing in areas such as Virginia Beach, Norfolk, San Diego, Memphis, and overseas near Cambridge, England. After receiving his VA real estate license in January 2005, Kevin worked closely on numerous condominium real estate redevelopment projects in downtown Norfolk from 2005 - 2009. Kevin sold and closed over $10 million in residential sales as a real estate salesperson with a local boutique downtown Norfolk developer. After four years as the Business Manager at Apple, Inc. in downtown Norfolk from 2009 - 2013, Kevin decided to return to his real estate roots to fulfill his passion for helping homebuyers and sellers with their journey. Now a locally and nationally recognized REALTOR®, Kevin is utilizing his proven sales and networking skills to serve current and future residents of Hampton Roads. Kevin has been the recipient of numerous client serving awards since his return to real estate; Circle of Excellence Awards Individual Gold (2016), Small Team Diamond (2015), Small Team Platinum (2014), Small Team Platinum (2013).

Kevin earned his Associates degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College and his Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Management) from Old Dominion University and the Strome College of Business.

Personal Life...
Kevin loves to travel and experience all that the world and its inhabitants have to offer. Kevin has traveled to numerous countries covering 5 of the 7 continents. Kevin enjoys hiking the outdoors, fitness of all sorts (CrossFit, yoga, trail running, biking, soccer, basketball), listening to the stories of others, and staying open to all that the world has to offer. Kevin volunteers at area schools with a program aimed at helping young adolescent men find a passion and purpose for their life. You can often find Kevin connecting with people at his local church, or at many of the area's local community events, restaurants, coffeehouses, and businesses.

As a long time resident of Hampton Roads, and military veteran, Kevin takes pride in providing guidance as you move into the area, around the area or out of the area. Kevin works directly with homebuyers and sellers in all seven cities of Hampton Roads, and can also provide direct referrals to anywhere in the nation. The many cities of Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, etc.) offer so many exciting amenities, but it can be hard to choose a place that feels right for you and your family. Where you choose to live is just as important as the layout, size, and price of your next home. Kevin is passionate about helping you make this next transition of your life one that is exciting and enjoyable.
